Shipping policy

Once items are out to USPS/ FedEx/ UPS it’s no longer in my hands and is now responsibly of the shipping company, if you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to them. if you have a broken item, feel free to reach out to me to come to a solution, otherwise, the shipping company has insurance and if you are missing a package file a missing package complaint with the shipping company.
